Hello, My name is Myrna, I have been with The Standifer Insurance Group since 2011. I feel like I have been in the insurance world my entire life; because my father and brothers have all sold insurance at one time or another, so it was just a natural transition into my second career, once my 2 children graduated from High School. Even though I wear many hats here at the agency which I truly enjoy, one of my main goals stays the same: to help our customers make sure their insurance needs are met and they are completely satisfied with our services. I have 3 standard poodles: Abby, Bear, and Jackie – who I say are my, “4 legged children that don’t talk back” and their little side kick, Smudge our orange rescue cat. My favorite vacation place is anywhere at the beach and my dream is to travel to Thailand and Italy, hopefully within the next 5 years. I am a father of 2 and a grandfather of 4. I have been in the Insurance field for at least 10 yrs. 7 of those were in management. I felt that joining the Standifer Group was a good decision because they are established in the community and I saw how they cared for their clients as if they are family. When something unexpected happens in life it’s good that someone is just a phone call away who cares.

When I’m not at work or playing with grandkids, my wife and I have our own ministry. We have been in ministry for at least 17 years helping others. This last year we started our own here locally. We do speaking and personal counseling.
